PRODUCT INFORMATION AND CONSUMER TERMS
1. About our products
Proudly Productive creates and sells 3D-printed, and handmade craft products.
Our products are individually made, 3D printed, assembled, finished and hand-crafted by multiple people with varying abilities. Because of the nature of these processes, individual products may have minor variations in colour, texture, dimensions, finish or appearance.
Where a product is made to order or customised, the finished item may differ slightly from photographs or digital previews. We aim to ensure that the product supplied is consistent with its description and reasonably matches any photographs, samples or specifications provided.
Minor characteristics that are inherent to the manufacturing process—such as 3D-print layer lines, small surface variations, slight colour differences or minor handmade variations—may occur. These characteristics do not affect the product's intended function or safety.
However, nothing in this section excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Product descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and other information are accurate.
Colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing:
measurements are approximate;
colours may vary slightly between batches;
handmade items may have small individual variations;
3D-printed items may display visible print layers or other characteristics associated with additive manufacturing; and
accessories, props or other objects shown in photographs are not included unless expressly stated.
If an exact measurement, colour, material or specification is important to you, please contact us before purchasing.
3. Materials
The material used for each product will be identified in the relevant product listing where reasonably applicable.
Common materials may include:
PLA or other 3D-printing filament;
wood or wood-based materials;
paper or card;
fabric;
wool;
cotton;
elastic;
essential oils;
beads;
rocks;
paint, varnish or other finishes; and
other craft materials.
Customers should read the individual product description and care instructions before using a product.
4. Intended use
Products should only be used for the purpose for which they are designed and described.
Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, our products are not intended to be used as safety equipment, load-bearing equipment, protective equipment, medical devices, food-contact products, toys for young children, or products for use in high-temperature environments.
Do not modify, alter, heat, melt, cut, drill or otherwise change a product unless the product instructions expressly permit it.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for a particular purpose, please contact us before purchasing.
5. 3D-printed product characteristics
3D printing produces objects layer by layer. As a result, products may have visible layer lines, small surface imperfections, support marks, slight dimensional variations or other characteristics associated with the printing process.
These characteristics are part of the manufacturing process and may vary from one item to another.
We nevertheless aim to supply products that are of acceptable quality, match their description and are fit for any purpose expressly represented to you.
6. Custom and personalised products
Where we offer customised or personalised products, customers are responsible for checking the spelling, names, dates, measurements and other information supplied to us before production.
We may contact you if clarification is required.
Once production has commenced, a change or cancellation may not be possible where the product has been specifically customised for you.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where a product has a problem covered by the consumer guarantees.
7. Product safety
We take reasonable steps to ensure that products supplied by us are safe and appropriate for their intended use.
Some products may contain:
small parts;
detachable components;
magnets;
sharp or pointed components;
fragile components; or
materials or finishes that require particular care.
Where a product presents a foreseeable safety risk, relevant warnings and instructions will be provided in the product listing, packaging or accompanying information.
Keep products containing small parts away from young children unless the product is specifically designed and suitable for them.
Do not use a product in a manner contrary to its instructions or intended purpose.
Certain products sold in Australia are subject to mandatory safety standards or product bans. We will not knowingly supply products that are prohibited or that do not comply with applicable mandatory requirements.
8. Heat and environmental conditions
Many 3D-printed materials can soften, deform or otherwise change when exposed to elevated temperatures.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, 3D-printed products should be kept away from:
direct high heat;
open flames;
ovens;
hot vehicles;
boiling water; and
other high-temperature environments.
Do not assume that a product is heat-resistant merely because it is made from plastic.
The relevant product listing should be checked for any specific temperature, environmental or care limitations.
All other products should be kept in temperatures under 30 degrees celsius.
Products containing oils must NOT be stored in cars and should remain under 30 degrees celsius.
9. Care instructions
Care instructions will be provided where appropriate.
Unless otherwise stated:
clean products gently using a soft, damp cloth;
avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners;
do not place products in a dishwasher;
do not expose products to excessive heat; and
store fragile products carefully to avoid damage.
Different materials may require different care. Please follow any product-specific instructions supplied with your order.
10. Children's products
Unless a product is expressly identified as being suitable for children of a particular age, our products should be treated as decorative or adult-use products.
Products containing small or detachable parts may present a choking hazard.
Products are not automatically toys simply because they are colourful, character-shaped or appealing to children.
Customers are responsible for supervising children's use of products where appropriate.
Where a product is intended to be a toy or children's product, we will assess and comply with applicable Australian safety requirements before offering it for sale.
11. Food contact
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are not intended for direct contact with food or beverages.
Do not use decorative 3D-printed products as cups, plates, food containers, utensils or other food-contact items unless the particular product has been specifically designed and represented as suitable for that purpose.
12. Electrical products
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are not electrical products and should not be connected to mains electricity or otherwise used as electrical equipment.
Where a product incorporates electrical components, appropriate product-specific safety information will be provided.
13. Orders and production
Products identified as “made to order” or “custom” may require additional production time.
The estimated production or processing time will be stated on the relevant product listing where possible.
Production times are estimates rather than guarantees unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
Unexpected events, material shortages, equipment failures, unusually high order volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.
We will communicate material delays where reasonably practicable.
14. Shipping and delivery
Orders will be shipped to the address supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is accurate and complete.
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method, destination and carrier.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is generally controlled by the relevant postal or courier service. We will assist with reasonable enquiries where an order appears to have been delayed or lost.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where we are legally responsible for a failure to supply the goods or where the Australian Consumer Law otherwise provides a remedy.
15. Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of:
the damaged product;
the packaging;
the shipping label; and
any other relevant damage.
This information helps us investigate the issue and, where appropriate, make a claim with the carrier.
You should not dispose of damaged packaging until we have advised that it is no longer required.
16. Change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind. If you believe your product is faulty, or not as described please contact us.
17. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products

Please provide your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs or other information may assist us in assessing the issue.
We will assess the problem in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, as well as compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage where applicable.
We will not ask you to give up your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
18. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These rights apply automatically and cannot be removed by our terms and conditions.
19. No blanket “no refunds” policy
We do not exclude refunds, replacements or other remedies where you are legally entitled to them.
A statement such as “sale items cannot be returned” or “no refunds” does not override Australian Consumer Law rights.
20. Product recalls and safety concerns
If we become aware that a product we have supplied presents a safety risk, we may stop supplying the product and take appropriate corrective action, including contacting affected customers or arranging a recall where required.

21. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, product designs, photographs, artwork, branding, descriptions and other original content provided by Proudly Productive remain our intellectual property or are used with permission.
Purchasing a physical product does not give the purchaser ownership of the underlying design, artwork, digital file or intellectual property.
Customers must not reproduce, commercially manufacture, distribute or sell copies of our original designs unless expressly authorised.
Where products are based on third-party intellectual property, we will only represent them as authorised or licensed where we have the appropriate rights to do so.
22. Customer-supplied designs
Where customers provide artwork, logos, images, text or other material for custom products, the customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use that material.
The customer agrees not to provide material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, design rights or other intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to decline a custom order where we reasonably believe the requested work may infringe another person's rights or involve unlawful content.
23. Photographs and marketing
With the customer's permission where appropriate, we may photograph completed custom products for our portfolio, website or social media.
Customers may opt out of promotional photography by contacting us before production.
24. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
All prices listed are inclusive of GST.
Payment must be received before an order enters production unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an order has been placed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact the customer before proceeding.
25. Privacy
We collect and use personal information only as reasonably necessary to process orders, communicate with customers, arrange delivery, provide customer service and operate our business.

These terms are intended to provide clear information about our products and business practices.
Nothing in this document is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right, guarantee, remedy, liability or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
