Our Enrolment Process
Your form is reviewed by our enrolments team and we will contact you via phone or email to gather additional information and/or advise of suitability for a tour.
Step 1Use the link to complete our online Expression of Interest Form.
Step 2Complete enrolment form, confirm availability of funding with plan manager and sign the service agreement.
Once all paperwork is completed, trial sessions can be arranged.
Step 3Attend for a scheduled tour and meeting to gather further information, discuss goals and suitability.
If it seems like it might be a good fit for everyone, a quote will be emailed following the tour outlining estimated costs to be review by the parent/guardian and/or the plan manger.
Step 4Important Points to Note:
Workshop tours are arranged by appointment ONLY. Please do not attend our premise for a tour, or to gather information without a prior scheduled meeting. This is for the safety of our current participants and staff.
No tours will be arranged until the EOI form has been completed and reviewed by the enrolments team for suitability.
No quotes will be provided until after the completion of a tour once suitability has been determined.
Enrolments are open to persons aged between 15 and 25 years old.
Please read the information contained in the EOI form carefully and ensure you are agreeable to our enrolment criteria before submitting the form.
Persons interested must have plan or self-managed NDIS CORE Funding - Social, Community and Recreation Activities. We invoice at an hourly rate based on support ratios.
Once enrolled, bookings are made for the same, regular, scheduled time and day/s each week. Cancellation notice is charged inline with NDIS guidelines.
Full terms and conditions are outlined in the Service Agreement which must be signed before attendance can commence.
