Colleen's original career was as a Child Care Centre Coordinator. After having her own children she moved into Education Support in primary and secondary schools. She became part of the Work Skills program, supervising students while in the community. This is when she saw a huge need for productive social programs for young adults with additional needs. She wanted to create an environment that allowed individuals to explore materials, develop their creativity and maintain friendships in a relaxed social setting. Thus, Proudly Productive was formed.
Dylan has experience working with young people with additional needs in a range of environments including a school, sport coaching, alternate employment program and in accessing the community. Originally from Albany, he is a keen sportsman and currently plays WAFL for Claremont Football Club.
