Colleen Armstrong - Director
Colleen's original career was as a Child Care Centre Coordinator, After having her own children she moved into Education Support in primary and secondary school. She became part of the Work Skills program, supervising students while in the community. This is when she saw a huge need for productive programs for young adults with additional needs. She wanted to create a environment that allowed them to develop pre-work skills in a social relaxed setting. She also listened to students who expressed anxiety about if they would still be able to meet with friends and have fun once they graduated from school. Thus, Proudly Productive was formed.
