COLLEEN ARMSTRONG
Director
Colleen's original career was as a Child Care Centre Coordinator. After having her own children she moved into Education Support in primary and secondary school. She became part of the Work Skills program, supervising students while in the community. This is when she saw a huge need for productive social programs for young adults with additional needs. She wanted to create a environment that allowed individuals to explore materials, develop their creativity and maintain friendships in a relaxed social setting. Thus, Proudly Productive was formed.
